If there is an issue we can not take care of, all fees associated with it are at no charge. This means, if we can not fix it, you do not pay for it, or the fees for in home service. This does not mean, if you decide not to fix the problem, you do not pay in house fees. You will be charged that house call fee. We strive to devert issues from this happening, but occationaly we let one slip by us. We take FULL responsibility for our mishaps. We expect you to do the same.
